By creating an account or using usapoolmadness.com ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users including players, directors, venue owners, and businesses. The Platform is operated by USA Pool Madness LLC ("we", "us", "our").
USA Pool Madness is an online platform connecting pool and billiards players, venues, tournament directors, and businesses across the United States. The Platform allows users to find events, check in at venues, earn points, connect with other players, and access business listings. Operated by USA Pool Madness LLC, based in Colorado.
You must be 18 or older to create an account. Many features and listings relate to venues that serve alcohol or host events restricted to adults. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree to provide accurate information. You may not use another person's account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Opt-in required. SMS messaging is an optional feature. By providing your mobile phone number AND checking the SMS opt-in checkbox during registration or in your account settings, you consent to receive recurring text messages from USA Pool Madness.
Message types: Event reminders, tournament alerts, account verification codes, platform updates, and occasional promotional content about platform features.
Message frequency: Recurring. Frequency varies (typically 2–8 messages per month) based on your activity, event RSVPs, and area.
Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Check your mobile plan.
Opting out: Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages. You can also disable SMS in your account Settings.
Help: Reply HELP to any message, or contact support@usapoolmadness.com.
Supported carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, US Cellular, and most other US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent is not a condition of purchase or service. You can use USA Pool Madness fully without opting in to SMS.
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the Platform. You agree not to post: false or misleading information about events or venues, spam or commercial solicitations without permission, content that is unlawful, harassing, or harmful, or content that infringes others' rights.
Points earned on the Platform have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Points may be redeemed in the USA Pool Madness Store for merchandise and raffle entries. Points may be forfeited if an account is terminated for policy violations. Raffle winners are selected randomly and all decisions are final. We reserve the right to modify the points system at any time.
Director subscription plans are billed monthly. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. We reserve the right to change plan pricing with 30 days notice. Stripe processes all payments and their terms apply.
Event information is provided by third-party directors and venues. USA Pool Madness does not organize, run, or guarantee any listed events. We are not responsible for event cancellations, changes, or accuracy of information. Contact event organizers directly for details. We do not collect or distribute tournament entry fees or prize money — those flow directly between players and event hosts.
Venue and business information may be submitted by third parties. We do not verify accuracy of all listings. If you find incorrect information, contact us at support@usapoolmadness.com. Venue claiming is subject to verification and approval.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. We collect information you provide and data about your use of the Platform. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY EVENTS, VENUES, OR BUSINESSES LISTED ON THE PLATFORM.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, USA POOL MADNESS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the Platform.
